As you all know Dane installed my hid's.. But now i need the rest of them but idk which ones to buy.. the high beams are also daytime running lights.. and i need the foglights too..
8000k are in now.. should i get 8000k for high beams? and the yellow hid for fog lights?Help plzzz ahah

step two look at the manufacturer of what you bought and see what they offer.

its not a good idea to have high beam hid, you shorten the life of hid's by shutting them off and turning them on again before they warm up.
Anyhow im pretty sure 3-4k is yellow and 6k is pretty white

mine are 4300 (Stock) on the SE-R and they are blue, if you get anything past 6000 you lose light distance they just become more and more purple, they look nice as hell but not as much distance.

I have 6000's in on my M3. They look much better than the stock 4300's IMO. Like mentioned above, the higher Kelvin you go, the less light it will output. If you want a flashy color, go high; if you want bright, stick at 6000. I will say that I do like the 8k look...it's not too flashy and has a nice blue tint.
